Fitness - Style Fit Fatty
I'm so excited to share another workout with you all! First off, if you did my last one, please share what you thought and how you felt! I love me some feedback!
Whenever I get emails from other women asking for help, I always find one common problem, time. They feel like they don't have time to go to the gym, or to time between dropping a kid at school, doing laundry, making dinner and picking their kids up. They just have NO TIME!! I always tell them, if you want exercise to be a priority, you have to make it a priority. Health is a working progress, when it becomes part of your routine, it becomes part of your lifestyle. It requires some gentle attention every day.
Here is a 15-20 min core workout for you, I did mine while the babes were napping ;)
Do everything for 30 sec rest 1 min between each set! Repeat 3 or 4 if you're up for the challenge!!
- Arm step-up with jump (in and out)
- Plank with hip dip
- Toe touch fold
- 180 Burpee- keep core tight
- Push-up/shoulder tap/push-up/extend
