Chocolate and Chia Seed Recipe
2 cups organic milk (almond milk, coconut, regular, hemp, etc)
1/2 cup organic chia seeds
1/4 cup organic creamy peanut butter, almond butter or seed butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 organic medjool dates
2-3 tbsp local honey (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk together the milk and chia seeds. Stir in the peanut butter, cocoa powder, dates and vanilla extract until well combined. Add honey, if you want a sweater pudding. Put in fridge for 4 hours od until nice and cold. Transfer mixture to blender and blend on high for 2 minutes or until pudding is extremely smooth and creamy. Serve in small jars or a big bowl, either way this pudding will get devoured in no time.
Makes 6 small toddler servings.
