DO YOU SHIP WORLWIDE?

Yes! Once you type in your shipping address at checkout, you'll be informed of the shipping charges.

Please note that all international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Any items returned to The Little Milk Bar due to failure of custom or import fees paid, will not be refunded.

SHIPPING

Orders typically take 4-5 business days to process before shipping, unless otherwise noted under the shipping details on the product page during the time you make your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you'll get a shipping notification email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped Ground Shipping and take about 3-5 business days to reach its destination.

*All international orders can take up to 4 weeks to reach its destination.

IS FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Free shipping within the U.S. is available for orders order $75 before taxes.

FINAL SALE

An item labeled as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

WHEN WILL PREORDERS SHIP?

All preorder timelines are specific to the date and product purchased. You can find preorder shipping estimates under the product page, during the time you make your purchase. All orders placed with a pre-order item will be held and shipped together. If you want your other items fast, you’ll want to place two separate orders. Of course, our team is happy to help with any questions on your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We offer package protection with Route! You may select to protect your package at checkout.

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

HOW DOES ROUTE PROCESS REFUNDS OR REORDERS?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route charges are not included in the refund.  

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping and taxes.

Orders that do not have Route coverage will not be eligible for Refunds or Reorders in the situation that they are lost, damaged or stolen.

ORDER CHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change orders after they have been placed.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

When you order merchandise from another country, you‘re required to pay customs to bring that item into the country, it is your country’s sales tax. We cannot declare your item as a gift, as that is illegal and a federal offense in the United States.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email our Titty Squad, at hello@thelittlemilkbar.com, with a photo attached. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

PROMO CODES

Please note that promo codes, shop credits, and shipping discounts cannot be combined on orders. Only one promotion can be applied per order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
