Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Once you type in your shipping address at checkout, you'll be informed of the shipping charges.
Please note that all international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Any items returned to The Little Milk Bar due to failure of custom or import fees paid, will not be refunded.
How long will it take to receive your order?
All orders take 1-3 business days to ship (unless otherwise stated). Once your order has shipped, you'll get a shipping notification email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped First Class Mail and take about 3-5 business days to reach its destination.
All international orders can take up to 4 weeks to reach its destination.
What if your package is lost or stolen?
Once an item has shipped and issued a tracking number, we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Lost or missing packages will not be refunded. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office or carrier, as they are often able to locate the package for you.
If you'd like to add insurance to your package (for an additional cost), please email hello@thelittlemilkbar.com PRIOR to placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is our return / exchange policy?
Returns – We accept unwashed, unworn item(s) in their original packaging within 10 days of order delivery date. Once the item(s) has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund, less shipping charges. All international purchases are final. All drinkware (mugs & water bottles) are final sale due to the nature of these products.
Exchanges – Because our inventory is constantly changing, it's impossible to guarantee we'll have the size you're looking for in stock. You can exchange your unwashed, unworn item(s) within 10 days of customer receipt by following the below steps:
1) Place a new order for the item/size you need.
2) Send back the original item with a note of why you're returning it.

3) Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (less shipping charges). A refund will not be processed on worn, washed or damaged items.
Black Friday - All items bought during our Black Friday sale are final sale, and are not eligible for returns.
All Limited Edition items are final sale (such as our All American Milk Maker tee and Holiday specific items) and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact as soon as possible. Refund may take up to 10 days to post to your account.
All international orders, limited edition items and clearance items are final.
Products & Sizing
Are your items USA made?
Yes! All of our items are manufactured here in the USA. We use local screen printers and seamstresses, with all items being assembled & packages right here in Utah.
What are our items made from?
Our blankets are handmade with 100% organic cotton. Each items material contents is individually listed in the description.
Do we restock "sold out" items?
Yes, we do restock sold out items. If you're looking for an item that's currently sold out, it's best to sign up for our Newsletter HERE or follow our Instagram HERE, to get the latest shop updates and restock dates.
How do our sizes run?
All sizing and fit information is listed in the description of each item.
What's the best way to wash our items?
For best results and to prevent fading, we recommend washing our fabrics inside out with phosphate free detergent in cool or warm water using a gentle or delicate machine cycle.
Tumble dry on a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove promptly.
